BlackShieldコントロールプレーンはAWS us-east-1で稼働し、eu-west-1 および ap-south-1 および us-west-1 および ap-southeast-2 および ca-central-1 および sa-east-1 および eu-central-1 および us-east-2 および us-west-2 および eu-west-2 および eu-west-3 および eu-north-1 および ap-southeast-1 および ap-northeast-1 および ap-northeast-2 および ap-northeast-3の欧州ソブリンストレージパーティションによりデータの地域所在性を保証します。
ネットワーク構成
隔離されたデータサブネットとVPC内センサー
ステートフルなSQLiteデータベースパーティションはプライベートS3ストレージに隔離され、未加工ペイロードの外部流出は一切ありません。
データアクセスモデル
テナント分離バイデザイン
アプリケーションコードが認証済みIDからテナントコンテキストを解決し、テナント横断アクセスを完全に防止します。
資格情報の取り扱い
秘密情報は自動生成、ハッシュ化、またはボールト保護
環境シークレットはSecrets Managerに保管され、APIキーはSHA-256ハッシュ、ユーザーパスワードはbcryptで保護されます。
処理するデータ
プラットフォームは、B2Bサービスの提供に厳密に必要なアカウント情報、テナント構成、スキャン結果、および運用テレメトリのみを処理します。
- アカウントデータ: ユーザーのメールアドレス、RBACロール、認証プロバイダーのメタデータ。
- セキュリティデータ: 検出された脆弱性、影響を受ける資産、および修復コンテキスト。
- 運用テレメトリ: 監査ログおよびシステムパフォーマンスメトリクス。
データ処理の目的
収集されたデータは、明示的に合意されたセキュリティ機能の提供、保護、および改善にのみ使用され、広告等の目的には使用されません。
- エグゼクティブ向けセキュリティポスチャおよびレポートの生成。
- 異常検知によるプラットフォームの完全性とテナント分離の維持。
- テクニカルサポートおよび運用インシデントの迅速な解決。
インフラストラクチャの保護対策
AWS S3上のテナント別SQLiteパーティション、AES-256暗号化、VPC分離、mTLS認証、および定期的なシークレットローテーションを適用しています。
- テナントごとに暗号化されたプライベートS3バケット内に分離されたSQLiteデータストア。
- テナント管理およびアクセス変更に関する不変の監査証跡ログ。
- 欧州のデータ居住性要件を満たす専用のEU地域ストレージパーティション。
認定第三者副処理者
BlackShieldは、クラウドホスティング、テレメトリ保存、決済処理、トランザクション通知メール、およびインシデント連携のために、厳格なデータ処理契約（DPA）に基づき以下のサードパーティインフラおよびプラットフォーム事業者を起用しています。
